For the most sensitive operations, Elynxo operates 150 m² of ISO-7 cleanrooms, equipped with laminar flow hoods and dedicated resources for integration in controlled environments.

Manufacturing &
industrialisation
Elynxo prepares and secures the transition from prototype to production by optimising the design, processes and resources required for robust and repeatable manufacturing.
Configuration management, documentation, supply security and supply chain management enable us to control product changes and ensure equipment repeatability.
We can also manage the complementary operations required to finish your parts, including surface and cylindrical grinding, EDM, wire EDM, welding, heat treatment, surface treatment and painting.

Testing, qualification &

Depending on your requirements, we also perform environmental testing as well as validation and qualification operations to verify system compliance and performance.
Beyond production, our teams provide diagnostics, maintenance, repair, re-engineering and retrofit services, as well as obsolescence management for components and equipment.
