Our 4- and 5-axis CNC machining centres enable us to manufacture complex mechanical parts in small and medium production runs, with a high level of precision and repeatability.
Our machinery is particularly well suited to demanding geometries, tight tolerances and parts requiring several machining operations in a single setup.
This expertise helps minimise additional setups, optimise cycle times and ensure consistent quality throughout the entire production run.
Our CNC milling capabilities include maximum axis travels of :

Our CNC turning equipment is designed for the series production of technical parts requiring turning, milling, drilling or secondary machining operations.
Our twin-spindle lathes, equipped with Y-axes, live tooling, bar feeders or tailstocks, help minimise handling, optimise cycle times and ensure excellent repeatability from one part to the next.
Our turning capabilities:

We can also handle the complementary operations required to finish your parts: surface and cylindrical grinding, electrical discharge machining, wire EDM, welding, heat treatments, surface treatments and painting.
Inspection
and traceability
Ensuring the compliance of your parts at every stage of production.
Every production run undergoes inspections tailored to your dimensional, cosmetic and functional requirements.
Our metrology equipment includes a Mitutoyo CRYSTA-Apex V coordinate measuring machine, height gauges, optical benches, conventional inspection equipment, as well as a temperature- and humidity-controlled chamber.
Depending on your project requirements, we can also provide inspection reports and First Article Inspection documentation.
Our organisation ensures full traceability of materials, components and manufacturing operations.
