Operational Readiness of the 35th Parachute Artillery Regiment

ELYNXO’s GP2M fire control goniometer supporting mortar units in airborne operations

The exercise continued with the airborne deployment of two Fardier vehicles by the 1st Parachute Train Regiment (1er RTP), followed by a rapid reorganization of units and a final assault alongside the 11th Parachute Brigade and the French Army.

In this type of airborne maneuver, rapid mortar deployment, firing accuracy and coordinated fire support are critical to mission success.

The GP2M fire control goniometer developed by ELYNXO supports mortar units by improving sighting precision and facilitating mortar deployment in demanding operational environments.

Designed to meet the challenges of modern combat operations, the GP2M provides:

  • Fast and precise sighting for 81 mm and 120 mm mortars,
  • Accurate and reliable angle reading for optimized fire adjustment,
  • Ruggedness adapted to the harshest deployment conditions,
  • Improved operational fluidity during deployment and unit reorganization phases.

Compact, combat-proven and highly robust, the GP2M contributes to enhancing the precision and responsiveness of artillery units during airborne and fire support operations.

At ELYNXO, we develop solutions designed to meet the operational requirements of modern armed forces, combining reliability, precision and battlefield efficiency.
