The Direct Fire Sight (LTD) is designed to equip a 155 mm (52 Cal) cannon. With its optimal optical combination, it enables direct fire use of the cannon. Its ergonomic design allows for perfect adaptation to the gunner’s position on the cannon.
- The direct fire sight is equipped with a universal reticle specially designed to integrate ballistic information for the projectiles used.
- Usable day and night thanks to its lighting system.
- Utilized by the French armed forces as well as several other countries.
- The direct fire sight mounts on any type of Weaver or Picatinny rail.
Features
The sight is equipped with a universal reticle specifically designed to display various elevation adjustments based on the ballistic characteristics of the projectiles used. To enable use in challenging lighting conditions, at dawn or dusk, the reticle is illuminated by a five-level LED system powered by a DL 1/3 N lithium battery.
